RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN AMENDMENT TO THE
AGREEMENT WITH RAYMOND M. HOLT ASSOCIATES EXTENDING THE
AGREEMENT THROUGH JULY 30, 1989
WHEREAS, the City and the County have engaged the services of
Raymond M. Holt Associates to study the feasibility of a joint headquaters library
and a northern San Rafael branch library; and
WHEREAS, the original agreement had an expiration date of April 30,
1989; and
WHEREAS, the City and County wish to extend the agreement through
July 30, 1989.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of San Rafael hereby authorizes the Mayor to sign an amendment to the
agreement extending the term through July 30, 1989.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a Regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on Mondav
the 15th day of Mav , 1989, by the following vote to wit:

AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH RAYMOND HOLT ASSOCIATES EXTENDING
THE AGREEMENT THROUGH JULY 30, 1989
The CITY OF SAN RAFAEL the COUNTY OF MARIN and RAYMOND M. HOLT AND
ASSOCIATES hereby agree to extend the term of the original agreement (dated
December 20, 1989) through JULY 30, 1989.
