A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXTENSION
OF CONSULTANT AGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
The CI^1Y MANAGER and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute,
on behalf of the City of San Rafael, the extension of the agreement
with Bryan and Murphy Associates, Inc., to December 31, 1989.
A copy of the extension is attached and by this reference made
a part hereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby
authorized to bill all project applicants for costs incurred
for planning consultant services.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council
of said City on Monday, the seventeenth day of July, 1989,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Boro, Breiner, Frugoli, Thayer & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None

EXTENSION TO AGREEMENT FOR
CONSULTANT PLANNING SERVICES
This extension to the agreement by and between the CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL (City) and BRYAN AND MURPHY ASSOCIATES, INC.,
is made and entered into this seventeenth day of July, 1989.
This extension will extend the terms of the above referenced
agreement to December 31, 1989.
