RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
TWO LIGHT UTILITY VEHICLES FROM STEVE SNYDER
CHEVROLET (in amount of $27,810.67)
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized the pur-
chase of two light utility vehicles; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids solicited
for the above described equipment; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received by General Services
Department staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the following action be taken:
Purchase the following award of bid:
Two light utility vehicles for the amount of $27,810.67
from Steve Snyder Chevrolet, San Rafael, as the lowest responsible
bidder that meets specification.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 7th day of August, 1989, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Boro, Breiner, Frugoli, Thayer & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
