KELLY MICHAEL EVANS
WHEREAS, KELLY MICHAEL EVANS has been a member of the San
Rafael Police Auxiliary for the past four (4)
years; and
WHEREAS, KELLY EVANS has donated over one thousand (1,000)
volunteer hours to the Police Marine Auxiliary
Program and participated in numerous emergency
calls that have resulted in the saving of lives
and property; and
WHEREAS, KELLY EVANS has now accepted employment in Southern
California in his chosen profession - law enforcement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of San Rafael hereby commends KELLY MICHAEL
EVANS for his exemplary record of voluntary service
and wishes him well in his new career.
