A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF A CONTRACT,
LEASE OR AGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
Vice
The MAYOR and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute, on
behalf of the City of San Rafael, a contract, lease or agreement
with Pacific Bell, a Pacific Telesis Company, to install a CENTREX
Telephone System, a copy of which is hereby attached and by this
reference made a part hereof, subject to approval of City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of San Rafael authorizes the expenditure of up to $30,000 for the
installation of said CENTREX Telephone System.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on TUESDAY , the 17th day of JANUARY
1989, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS:Frugoli, Thayer & Vice -Mayor Breiner
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS:None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS:Mayor Mulryan
