A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF FIREFIGHTER
PROTECTIVE CLOTHING FROM CASCADE FIRE EQUIPMENT OF
MEDFORD, OREGON UTILIZING FUNDS FROM THE CAPITAL
OUTLAY BUDGET
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized the Fire
Department to solicit bids for Protective Clothing; and
WHEREAS, Specifications were prepared and bids were
solicited for this item; and
staff.
WHEREAS, these bids have been reviewed by Fire Department
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the following action be taken:
That Cascade Fire Equipment of Medford, Oregon, be desig-
nated as low bidder for Firefighter Protective Clothing, with a unit
price of $216.75 for the coats and $145.75 for the trousers.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Tuesday , the 21st day of February , 1989, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Boro, Breiner, Frugoli & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Thayer
