A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AMENDING RESOLUTION 7656 BY CREATING
THE NEW CLASSIFICATION OF CRIME ANALYST
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
Effective March 1, 1989, the following Police Association
classification and salary are hereby created:

BE IT RESOLVED that this is a civilian, non -sworn clas-
sification. Employee in this classification shall receive the same
insurance benefits available to members of the Police Association.
Incumbent shall be miscellaneous retirement members and exempt from
Government Codes 4850 and 3300 through 3311.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Tuesday , the 21st day of February 1989, by the
following vote, to wit:
