A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXTENSION
OF CONSULTANT AGREEMENTS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
The CITY MANAGER and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute,
on behalf of the City of San Rafael, the extension of agreements
with Bryan and Murphy Associates, Inc., and Forsher + Guthrie
to June 30, 1989. Copies of the extensions are hereby attached
and by this reference made a part hereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby
authorized to bill all project applicants for costs incurred
for planning consultant services.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council
of said City on Monday, the sixth day of March, 1989, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Boro, Breiner, Frugoli, Thayer & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None

EXTENSION TO AGREEMENT FOR
CONSULTANT PLANNING SERVICES
This extension to the agreement by and between the CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL (City) and BRYAN AND MURPHY ASSOCIATES, INC.,
is made and entered into this sixth day of March, 1989. This
extension will extend the terms of the above referenced agreement
to June 30, 1989.
