A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF SWIMMING
POOL COVER, STORAGE REEL FOR COVER & BLANKET FOR
STORED POOL COVER ON REEL FOR USE AT THE TERRA
LINDA SWIMMING POOL
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized
replacement of swimming pool cover and ancillary equipment for
storage; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids solicited for
swimming pool cover and ancillary equipment for storage; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the General Services
Department staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Ccouncil that the following action be taken:
Purchase the following award of bid:
From McBall Industries, Inc., of Oakland, California:
1 each Swimming Pool Cover
1 each Reel for Swimming Pool Cover
1 each Set of Cover Blanket Panels to Cover Pool
Cover When on Reel
For the amount of $8,076.14
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on MONDAY , the SIXTH day of MARCH
1989, by the following vote, to wit:
