RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF
SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT WORK IN OAKWOOD UNIT 5,
SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA THROUGH OCTOBER 11, 1990
Upon application of the Subdivider therefore, and due cause
being shown this City Council,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the time within which the
construction of the subdivision improvement work in Oakwood Unit 5
as provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and PAUL FELTON, as Subdivider, shall be completed, be and it is hereby
extended to and including the 11th day of October, 1990.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of
San Rafael, California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting
of the Council of said City held on the 20th day of March, 1989, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS:Boro, Breiner, Frugoli, Thayer & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS:None
