RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL TO ESTABLISH THE
AVERAGE COST OF A BUILDABLE PARK ACRE
IN SAN RAFAEL PER ORDINANCE #1558,
PARKLAND DEDICATION ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Ordinance 1558
establishing a Parkland Dedication Ordinance for San Rafael;
and
WHEREAS, the Ordinance stipulated the City Council is to
establish by resolution an average cost of a Buildable Park
Acre in San Rafael; and
WHEREAS, several recent San Rafael subdivision
appraisals have been evaluated to determine an average acre
cost of $218,664.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
City of San Rafael does hereby establish the average cost of
a Buildable Park Acre in San Rafael as per Ordinance #1558
at $218,664.

Rafael hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a REGULAR meeting
