A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING
STAFF TO PURCHASE ONE MULTI -CHANNEL COMMUNICATIONS RECORDING
SYSTEM FOR THE SAN RAFAEL POLICE DEPARTMENT FROM DICTAPHONE
CORPORATION OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA IN THE AMOUNT
OF $33,225.00.
WHEREAS, The San Rafael City Council authorized the
replacement of one multi -channel communications recording
system in the 1988-1989 San Rafael Police Department budget
and;
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn; and bids solicited
for one multi -channel communications recording system, and;
WHEREAS, three bids have been received by the General
Services department staff.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the San Rafael City
Council that the following action be taken: Award bid for
purchase of one multi -channel communications recording system
to Dictaphone Corporation of South San Francisco, California,
in the amount of $33,225.00 as the lowest responsible bid.
I JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City on Monday, the 17th day of April, 1989,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers: Boro, Breiner, Frugoli, Thayer & Mayor Mulryar
NOES: Councilmembers: None
ABSENT: Councilmembers: None
