RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL REJECTING BIDS FOR THE
PURCHASE OF A PARAMEDIC AMBULANCE
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council has previously
authorized Fire Department Staff to solicit buds for the purchase
of a Paramedic Ambulance; and
WHEREAS, specifications were prepared and bids solici-
ted for the replacement of the Ambulance; and
WHEREAS, on March 14, 1989, bids were received and
publicly opened; and
WHEREAS, the bidders had taken exceptions to the speci-
fications for the Paramedic Ambulance, and
WHEREAS, such exceptions are of a nature as to render
the purchase of an Ambulance unsuitable with these exceptions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of San Rafael that all those bids received on March 14,
1989, for the purchase of a Paramedic Ambulance are hereby
rejected.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regu-
larly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council
of said City on Monday, the 1st day of May, 1989, by the follow-
ing vote, to wit:
