RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION
ANNE MOORE
WHEREAS, Anne Moore was instrumental in designing the
process for the revision of the General Plan, which allowed the
maximum amount of individual input into the development of the
Plan- and
WHEREAS, along with the City Attorney, Anne drafted a
moratorium ordinance, allowing reasonable development during that
time; and
WHEREAS, the draft was produced in nine months and effec-
tively evaluated and considered several alternatives; and
WHEREAS, Anne participated in draftina and imolementino
Resolution No. 7427 during the remaining period, also allowing
some development during the lengthy review process; and
WHEREAS, Anne was instrumental in presenting and explainina
the draft Plan at numerous public presentations; and
WHEREAS, Anne was responsible for overall supervision and
management of the program and worked closely with Jeff Baird-
KW,
aird•KW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUPCIL of the
City of San Rafael expresses its appreciation to Anne Moore for
her contribution to the General Plan.
