RESOLUTION N0. 7779
RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION
JOHN RUMSEY
WHEREAS, Jobe Rumsep has spent many long hours at the
computer performing critical intersection calculations and analyz-
ing San Rafael's roadway network- and
WHEREAS, John has patiently explained the results of his
work to the Planning Commission, City Council and interested
public in non-technical terra- and
WHEREAS, John was entirely responsible for preparing the
circulation appendix, a project that only he could perform: and
WHEREAS, John has proved to be a key merl)er of the General
Plan team, maintaining his positive attitude and sense of humor
throughout -
MM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL of the
City of San Rafael wishes to express its appreciation to John for
the contribution he has made to this monumental project.
