RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE (RESOLUTION #7553),
"SECTION 7 --LIBRARY", REVISING RENTAL RATES FOR VIDEOS
WHEREAS, Resolution #7553 is the City's Master Fee
Schedule setting fees for services, licenses, and permits;
and
WHEREAS, Resolution #7553 presently sets the fee for
video rentals from the San Rafael Public Library at
$1.50/first day and $3.00/day thereafter; and
WHEREAS, Staff has recommended that the fee for video
rentals be changed to $1.50/day.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of San Rafael hereby amends the Master Fee
Schedule, Resolution #7553, "Section 7.4, Videos" setting
the video rental rate from the San Rafael Public Library at
$1.50 per day.
