RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5517,
SETTING NEW BAIL SCHEDULE
FOR CERTAIN VEHICLE AND MUNICIPAL CODE
ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 1359, the City
Council of the City of San Rafael decided to set bail for meter and
overtime parking violations by Resolution subject to approval by
the Judicial Counsel of the Municipal Court of the Central Judicial
District, County of Marin; and
WHEREAS, a schedule was last set, by Resolution No.
5517.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council, that Resolution No. 5517 is amended as follows:
ORDINANCE VIOLATION
Expired meter cited ALONE
$10.00
Overtime parking cited ALONE

Meter violation with OVERTIME PARKING

In loading zone

All night parking

Improper parking

Improperly parked in space

hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a Regular meeting of the Council of
said City held on the 19th day of September, 1988, by the following
