A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AMENDING RESOULTION 7553 TO REVISE THE MASTER
FEE SCHEDULE "SECTION 9, SPECIFIC BUSINESS LICENSE TAXES"
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council revised the Master
Fee Schedule in 1987 by adopting Resolution 7553; and
WHEREAS, several of the Business License fees should
now be modified to create a more equitable relationship between
various categories; and
WHEREAS, a copy of the amended fee schedule is attached
hereto and made a part hereof and is designated as Exhibit A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the San Rafael City
Council does hereby amend Resolution 7553 to revise the Master
Fee Schedule Section 9, Specific Business License Fees.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San
Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City
Council of said City held on Mondav the 17th day of
October , 1988, by the following vote, to wit:
