RESOLUTION NO. 7858
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL COMMITTING LOCAL FUNDS TO INTERCHANGE
IMPROVEMENTS AT BELLAM BOULEVARD, HIGHWAY 101,
AND INTERSTATE 580
The CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL hereby resolves
The City of San Rafael hereby commits to one hundred percent
funding of a project removing the existing (North) Eastbound off
ramp from Interstate 580 to Bellam Boulevard and the North (East)bound
on ramp from Bellam Boulevard to Interstate 580/Highway 101 and
relocating these ramps to Kerner Boulevard.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 7th day of November, 1988, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Frugoli, Thayer & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Boro
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
