RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 7825,
SETTING NEW BAIL SCHEDULE
FOR CERTAIN MUNICIPAL CODE
ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 1359, the City
Council of -the City of San Rafael decided to set bail for meter and
overtime parking violations by Resolution subject to approval by
the Judicial Counsel of the Municipal Court of the Central Judicial
District, County of Marin; and
WHEREAS, a schedule was last set, by Resolution No.
7825; and
WHEREAS, the Municipal Court of the Central Judicial
District, County of Marin, has requested that Resolution 7825 be
re -submitted with the specific code sections.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council, that Resolution No. 7825 is amended as follows:
