A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
ADOPTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT OF
MOORE, IACOFANO, GOLTSMAN
(Hereinafter, Consultant)
Exhibit A
WHEREAS, the City Council authorized the execution
of an agreement with Consultant on December 7, 1987 attached
hereto and incorporated; and
WHEREAS, the agreement with the Consultant is to
provide professional planning services to revise the Pickleweed
Park Master Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Pickleweed Park Master Plan has
identified priority park improvements, Phase I of which is the
installation of child care portables, relocating the Community
Garden and constructing a basketball court; and
WHEREAS, to proceed with Phase I improvements, the
City will require additional detail design plans from the
Consultant; and
WHEREAS, the agreement with the Consultant is
amended in Exhibit A to incorporate additional tasks to complete
detail design plans and extend the term of the agreement to
June 30, 1988.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, effective
April 18, 1988 the City Council hereby adopts an amendment to
the original agreement with Consultant executed December 7, 1987.
Such amendment is fully set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto,
and fully incorporated into the original agreement.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San
Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City on Monday , the 18th day of April,
1988 by the following vote, to wit:

EXHIBIT A
A M E N D M E N T
AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL PLANNING SERVICES
A. TERMS:
The term of the Agreement is amended to extend to June 30, 1988.
B. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The following tasks are to be added to the scope of services:
TASK
7.0 Master Plan Design Details
7.1 Complete Detailed Layout Design of Phase I Area
7.2 Complete Detailed Landscape and Irrigation Specifications
C. COMPENSATION AND BUDGET
For and in consideration of the services provided by CONSULTANT
as described in this Amendment, the CONSULTANT shall be
compensated as described below.
TASK 7 Master Plan Design Details
The CONSULTANT will bill the City on a time and materials basis
for the above tasks at a cost not to exceed $6000.
