A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
ONE LOT OF PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT FOR THE
RENOVATION OF SHORT SCHOOL CHILD CARE CENTER
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized replacement
of this equipment; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids solicited for
one lot of playground equipment; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the General Services
Department staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the following action be taken:
One lot of playground equipment be purchased from Iron
Mountain Forge, Inc. per general specification No. 103-88
and their offer of April 6, 1988, for the amount of
$21,582.72, lowest responsible bid that meets
specifications.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a Regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of San Rafael on Monday , the 18th day of April
, 1988, by the following vote to wit:
