A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE AMENDING OF AN AGREEMENT
WITH JEFFERY C. BAIRD, GENERAL PLAN COORDINATOR
FOURTH AMENDMENT
(EXTENDING AGREEMENT THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 1988)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute, on behalf of the City of San
Rafael, a fourth amendment to the February 3, 1986 agreement with JEFFERY C.
BAIRD, of Jeffery Baird and Associates, for professional planning services as the
Project Manager for the San Rafael General Plan revision, a copy of which is hereby
attached and by this reference made a part hereof.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Council of said City on the 20th day of JUNE , 1988, by
the following vote, to wit:

AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR
PROFESSIONAL PLANNING SERVICES
This amendment is made and entered into this 20th day of June, 1988, pursuent to
Section "F" in the Agreement for Professional Planning Services dated February 3,
1986, by and between the City of San Rafael and Jeffery C. Baird of Jeffery Baird and
Associates. The amendment covers the following sections of the Agreement:
A. Payment: The Consultant fees shall be $40/hour, calculated on a time
and materials basis up to but not exceeding $5,000.
B. Terms: The terms of this Agreement shall be in effect on a month to
month basis through December 31, 1988. This Agreement may be
terminated by either party upon two weeks written notice to all parties to
this Agreement. The written notice shall state the reason(s) for
termination.
