A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
THREE (3) PORTABLE AIR COMPRESSORS
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized replacement
of three (3) portable air compressors for Public Works usage; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids solicited for
three (3) portable air compressors; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the General Services
Department staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the following action be taken:
Purchase the following award of bid:
Three (3) portable air compessors, Leroy Model Q185 DJE from the
Edward R. Bacon Co. for the amount of $35,162.35, lowest
responsible bidder that meets specifications.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a Regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of San Rafael on TUESDAY , the FIFTH day of JULY
, 1988, by the following vote to wit:

NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
