A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A MAILING
MACHINE SYSTEM FOR USE BY THE GENERAL SERVICES
DEPARTMENT FROM DIVERSIFIED BUSINESS SYSTEMS, INC.,
SANTA ROSA.
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized replace-
ment of the City of San Rafael postage machine in the 1987/88
budget; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids solicited for
a mailing machine and accessories; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the General Services
Department staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the following action be taken:
Purchase the following award of bid:
One Hasler Model 307AS4PC Postage Machine System
from Diversified Business Systems, Inc., for
the amount of $8,534.80, low bidder.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on the 18th day of July 1988, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS:Boro, Breiner, Frugoli, Thayer & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS:None
