A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
ONE 1 TON PICK-UP TRUCK AND
ONE MINIVAN
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized the
purchase of one 1 ton pick-up truck and one minivan; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids solicited for
the above described equipment; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the General Services
Department staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the following action be taken:
Purchase the following award of bid:
One 1 ton pick-up truck for the amount of $19,448.86,
and one 4 -passenger minivan Ford Aerostar for the
amount of $13,716.40, from S & C Ford, San Francisco, lowest
responsible bidder that meets specifications.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a Regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of San Rafael on Monday , the 18th day of July
, 1988, by the following vote to wit:
