RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
CREATING THE POSITION OF LAW CLERK (PARTTIME)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
WHEREAS, during the budget hearings for the 1988-1989 fiscal year, the
City Council appropriated $13,000.00 of funding for a law clerk position in
the City Attorney's Office, and
clerk.
WHEREAS, it is therefore necessary to create the position of law
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of San Rafael hereby
creates the part-time position of law clerk with a salary range of $12.00 to
$15.00 an hour.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at
aReaular meeting of the City Council of said City held on Monday
the 18th day of July , 1988, by the following vote, to wit:
