A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL TO PROVIDE $2,800.00 FUNDING
FROM THE PARK & RECREATION FACILITIES FUND FOR
TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY OF PICKLEWEED PARK AREA I
AS PART OF PICKLEWEED PARK MASTERPLAN UPDATE.
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael is presently
updating the Pickleweed Park Masterplan; and
WHEREAS, the Park masterplan is to include the location
of two portable classroom buildings to house the City's child care
program; and
WHEREAS, the State of California Department of
Education has awarded the City of San Rafael a portable classroom
for the Pickleweed Park site for child care use; and
WHEREAS, the State of California requires topographic
survey data to complete the bid documents for installation of its
portable.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of San Rafael authorizes the expenditure of $2,800.00
from the Park & Recreation Facilities Fund to complete a
topographic survey of Area I of Pickleweed Park.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San
Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City on MONDAY , the 4th day of JANUARY , 1988,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Boro, Breiner, Frugoli, Thayer & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
