A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXTENSION
OF CONSULTANT AGREEMENTS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
The CITY MANAGER and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute,
on behalf of the City of San Rafael, the six month extension
of agreements with Bryan and Murphy Associates, Inc., and Forsher
+ Guthrie.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council
of said City on Tuesday , the 16th day of February ,
1988, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Boro, Breiner, Thayer & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Frugoli

EXTENSION TO AGREEMENT FOR
CONSULTANT PLANNING SERVICES
This extension to the agreement by and between the CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL (City) and FORSHER + GUTHRIE is made and entered
into this 16th day of February , 1988. This extension
will extend the terms of the above referenced agreement for
six months (180) days from the date this extension is signed.
