RESOLUTION ABANDONING PROCEEDINGS
SAN RAFAEL CANAL DREDGING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2
The City Council of the City of San Rafael resolves:
The assessment proceedings known as San Rafael Canal Dredging
Assessment District No. 2, City of San Rafael, Marin County,
California, are hereby abandoned.
Pursuant to Section 3117 of the California Streets and
Highways Code, the City Clerk of the City of San Rafael is hereby
authorized and directed to record a certified copy of this
resolution of abandonment with the Marin County Recorder. As
further specified by Section 3117, the following information
pertains to these assessment proceedings:
(a) The date of this resolution of abandonment is March 21,
1988.
(b) The date of the original resolution of intention is
October 19, 1987.
(c) The boundary map for San Rafael Canal Dredging
Assessment District No. 2 was filed for record in the
office of the Marin County Recorder on October 28, 1987,
in Book 3 of Maps of Assessment and Community Facilities
Districts at page 40.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 21st day of March, 1988, by the
following vote, to wit:

NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Mayor Mulryan
