WHEREAS, Ray Swanson has varied interests in improving the
quality of life in Marin County; and
WHEREAS, he attends many civic organizations, such as The
f Group, Northbay Transit Committee, Marin Coalition and many other
local organizations; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Swanson has demonstrated his continuing con-
cern and interest in the affairs of San Rafael by faithful
attendance at meetings of the San Rafael City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of San Rafael expresses its sincere appreciation to Ray
Swanson for his dedication and faithful attendance at City Council
meetings.
