RESOLUTION AMENDING MASTER FEE SCHEDULE (RESOLUTION #7553),
"SECTION 7--LIBRARY11, ADDING RENTAL RATES FOR COMPACT DISCS
WHEREAS, Resolution #7553 is the City's Master Fee
Schedule setting fees for services, licenses, and permits;
and
WHEREAS, Resolution #7553 does not include a fee for
rental of compact discs from the San Rafael Public Library.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of San Rafael hereby amends Resolution #7553,
"Section 7 --Library", adding number 7.3.1,"Compact Discs,"
with a charge of $.50 per day, per disc, $7.00 maximum
charge.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San
Rafael hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a Regular
meeting of the City Council of said City held on Mondav
the 6th day of July , 1987, by the following
vote to wit:
