SAN RAFAEL CANAL DREDGING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1
The City Council of the City of San Rafael resolves:
1. The Council has received the letter referencing the
San Rafael Canal Dredging Assessment District No. 1 from Public
Works Director, David Bernardi, dated July 6, 1987, and hereby

2. The Council finds that there are more than twelve (12)
registered voters residing within the boundaries of the proposed
assessment district referenced in Mr. Bernardi's letter.
