This draft includes all of the steps we outlined in the initial work program description and during our discussions with you and your staff, and from our brief tour of the site. We think that these steps will help you achieve a site development master plan that is based on a true cross-section of neighborhood opinion and sound technical expertise. We have the revised the draft version of the scope from May 11 based on your desire to conclude this phase of work with Task 3, the preparation of the site development program and design guidelines. It is our understanding that you would proceed with development of a master plan for Pickleweed Park in connection with the overall shoreline planning process. We are available to begin work immediately and see no difficulty in structuring the work program so that you can receive information about siting of temporary child care facilities this Autumn. Again, we welcome your comments and suggestions on this draft scope of services and look forward to the possibililty of working with you and your staff at Pickleweed Park.
