RESOLUTION ADVANCING FUNDS
FROM UNAPPROPRIATED RESERVES
SAN RAFAEL CANAL DREDGING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. I.
The City Council of the City of San Rafael re-
solves:
In order to comply with the terms and conditions
of the agreement approved August 17, 1987 with the United
States of America for use of Government's dredged disposal
site at Alcatraz, City must advance the Federal Government
$75,000 by August 21, 1987.
The City Council hereby authorizes an advance
payment of $75,000 from unappropriated reserves.
Said $75,000 advance shall be refunded the City
from the bond proceeds of the San Rafael Canal Dredging
Assessment District No. 1.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San
Rafael, California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolu-
tion was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Council of said City held on the
17th day of August, 1987, by the following vote, to wit:
