Re: GENERAL INVESTIGATIONS, FLOOD CONTROL STUDY,
"FEASIBILITY PHASE"
Gentlemen:
This is to acknowledge that the City of San Rafael intends to
participate in the upcoming "Feasibility Phase" of the General
Investigation Flood Control Study for the San Rafael Canal.
It is our understanding that an agreement is being prepared to
facilitate this collaboration between our respective agencies.
We will be most pleased to consider this document with the full
intention of entering into the terms of its agreement which specify
an obligation for a 50 percent sharing of the estimated cost
of $628,500.00.
Sincerely,
LAWRENCE E. MULRYAN
Mayor
