A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF FIREFIGHTER
PROTECTIVE CLOTHING UTILIZING FUNDS FROM
THE CAPITAL OUTLAY BUDGET
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized the Fire
Department to solicit bids for Protective Clothing; and
WHEREAS, specifications were prepared and bids were
solicited for this item; and
Staff;
WHEREAS, these bids have been reviewed by Fire Department
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the following action be taken;
That Halprin Supply Company of Los Angeles be designated
as low bidder for Firefighter Protective Clothing with a unit
price of $251.00 for coats and $125.00 for trousers.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City on 16th day of November ,
1987, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBER: Boro, Breiner, Frugoli, Thayer & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBER: None
