A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
TWO (2) POLICE PATROL MOTORCYCLES
UTILIZING EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized
replacement of two police patrol motorcycles; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids
solicited for two police patrol motorcycles; and
WHEREAS, one public bid has been received by the
General Services Department staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael
City Council that the following action be taken:
Purchase the following award of bid:
For two Kawasaki KZ1000P police motorcycles for the
amount of $13,237.28 from Marin Motor Sports Co.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a Regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of San Rafael on Monday the
Sixteenth day of November , 1987, by the
following vote to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Boro, Breiner, Frugoli, Thayer & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
