A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
FOLDING TABLES, STACKING CHAIRS AND DOLLIES
FOR USE BY THE SAN RAFAEL RECREATION DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized
purchase of folding tables, stacking chairs and dollies for use
at the Terra Linda Recreation Center; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids
solicited for eight (8) folding tables, seventy-seven (77)
stacking chairs and two (2) dollies; and
WHEREAS, public bids have been received by the
General Services Department staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael
City Council that the following action be taken:
Purchase the following award of bid:
From Holsinger, Inc. of Burlingame, California -
stacking chairs model no. "fixtures 22000" for a unit price
of $43.42, stacking dollies "model no. "fixtures 00001" for
a unit price of $101.28 and folding tables 12 -foot model
no. "SICO 3675-360" for a unit price of $340.63 within
range of budgeted appropriated funds for this acquisition
fiscal year 1987/88. Vendor is the low bidder that meets
the specifications.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a Regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of San Rafael on Monday the
Sixteenth day of November 1987, by the
following vote to wit:
