A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 7408 (MISCEL-
LANEOUS GROUP) AND NO. 7426 (MID -MANAGEMENT GROUP)
PERTAINING TO THE STATUS AND COMPENSATION OF THE
ASSOCIATE CIVIL ENGINEER TRAFFIC POSITION
WHEREAS, the Associate Civil Engineer -Traffic position has
been evaluated for its conformance with current goals and objectives
of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the position of Associate Civil Engineer -Traffic
has assumed significant increases in responsibility.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of San Rafael as follows:
Delete: Associate Civil Engineer - Traffic from
Section 1.1, Administrative -Professional
of Resolution No. 7408 effective 11/1/87.
Wage Class: 2210, Salary Range No. 42,
Salary: $2,941.11 - $3,400.47
Add: Associate Civil Engineer - Traffic to
Section 1B: Mid -Management of
Resolution No. 7426 effective 11/1/87.
Wage Class: 2210, Salary: $3,028.19 - $3,501.17
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City the 16th day of November , 1987, by the following vote,
to wit:
