RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION
OF IMPROVEMENT WORK IN SPINNAKER POINT UNIT 4,
SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA
Upon application of the Subdivider therefore, and due
cause being shown this City Council,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the time within which the
construction of the improvement work in Spinnaker Point Unit 4
as provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN
RAFAEL and Santa Barbara Savings and Loan Corporation, as Subdivider,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including
the 30th day of April, 1988.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 7th day of December, 1987, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBER:Boro,Breiner, Frugoli, Thayer & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBER:None
