A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF TWO DUMP
TRUCKS, UTILIZING EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized replace-
ment of two (2) 2-4 yard capacity dump trucks; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids solicited for
two (2) 2-4 yard capacity dump trucks;
WHEREAS, six bids have been received by the General
Services Department staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the following action be taken:
Purchase the following award of bid:
For two (2) 2-4 yard capacity dump trucks, International Harvester
Model No. 1654, from Isi, Inc. for the amount of $52,857.96.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City the 7th day of December , 1987, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Boro, Breiner, Frugoli, Thayer & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
