A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF STAGE
DRAPES FOR THE SAN RAFAEL COMMUNITY CENTER FROM
FM PRODUCTIONS
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized the
Recreation Department to solicit bids for Stage Drapes for the San
Rafael Community Center; and
WHEREAS, specifications were prepared and bids were
solicited for the Stage Drapes; and
WHEREAS, these bids have been reviewed by Recreation
Department staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the following action be taken:
That FM Productions of Brisbane, California, be designated
as low bidder for the Stage Drapes for the San Rafael Community
Center in the amount of $6,725.70.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Mondav , the 19th day of January
1987, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Frugoli, Nave & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Russom
