A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE AMENDING OF AN AGREE-
MENT WITH JEFFERY C. BAIRD, GENERAL PLAN
COORDINATOR
THIRD AMENDMENT
(EXTENDING AGREEMENT THROUGH JUNE 30, 1988)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute, on
behalf of the City of San Rafael, a third amendment to the February
3, 1986 agreement with JEFFERY C. BAIRD, of Jeffery Baird and
Associates, for professional planning services as the Project
Manager for the San Rafael General Plan revision, a copy of which is
hereby attached and by this reference made a part hereof.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on the 21st day of December , 1987, by the following vote,
to wit:

AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR
PROFESSIONAL PLANNING SERVICES
This amendment is made ardentered into this 21 --t- day December, 1987,
pursuent to Section "F" in the Agreement for Professional Planning
Services dated February 3, 1986, by and between the City of San Rafael
and Jeffery C. Baird of Jeffery Baird and Associates. The amendment
covers the following sections of the Agreement:
A. Scope of Work: Beginning January 1, 1980, the Consultant agrees
to be available far on average of 15 hours per week for each
month of the contract in performing the work specified in this
Agreement, with any time off constituting more than three (3)
consecutive working days with the prior consent of the Planning
Director.
B. Payment: The Consultant fees shall be $401hour.
C. Terms: The terms of this Agreement shall be on a month to
month basis through June 30, 1988.
