A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AMENDING OF AN AGREEMENT
WITH JEFFERY C. BAIRD, GENERAL PLAN COORDINATOR
(SECOND AMENDMENT).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
The MAYOR and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute, on
behalf of the City of San Rafael, a second amendment to the
February 3, 1986 agreement with JEFFERY C. BAIRD of Jeffery
Baird and Associates for professional planning services as
the Project Manager for the San Rafael General Plan revision,
a copy of which is hereby attached and by this reference made
a part hereof.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council
of said City on Monday , the 15th day of June ,
1987, by the following vote, to wit:

AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR
PROFESSIONAL PLANNING SERVICES
This amendment is made and entered into this day of June,
1987, pursuant to Section "F" in the Agreement for Professional
Planning Services dated February 3, 1986, by and between the
City of San Rafael and Jeffery C. Baird of Jeffery Baird and
Associates. The amendment covers the following sections of
the Agreement:
A. Scope of Work: Beginning January 1, 1987, the Consultant
agrees to be available for a minimum of 20 hours
per week in performing the work specified in this
Agreement, with any time off constituting more than
three (3) consecutive working days with the prior
consent of the Planning Director.
B. Terms: The terms of this Agreement shall be on a
month to month basis through December 31, 1987.
The Planning Director shall approve monthly authorizations.
Either party may terminate it sooner, with or without
cause, by giving the other party thirty (30) days
written notice.
