WHEREAS, the National Arbor Day Foundation has designated

WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael takes great pride in its
r reforestation program: and
WHEREAS, the Peacock Gap Garden Club is also dedicated to
:, ruing and improving the quality of life in the City of San

WHEREAS, on April 23, 1986, members of the Peacock Gap
r:14•rr CItzb showed their commitment to the City of San Rafael by
c:+a,aaing in an Arbor Day tree planting protect on Kerner Boulevard,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the City Council
