A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF THREE (3)
2 - 4 YARD DUMP TRUCKS AND ONE (1) 1/2 TON PICKUP TRUCK
UTILIZING EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUNDS
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids solicited
for the above mentioned equipment; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the General Services
Department staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the following action be taken: Purchase the following
award of bid, Three 2 - 4 yard International dump trucks per
specifications and bid received from Isi Inc. for the amount
of $74,025.00. One 1/2 ton G.M.C. pickup truck per specifications
and bid received from Helton GMC for the amount of $9,052.39.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of
said City on Monday , the second day of June ,
1986, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Frugoli, Nave, Russom & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
