A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A PORTABLE CLASS
ROOM UTILIZING REVENUE SHARING FUNDS
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized the Fire
Department to solicit bids for a Portable Class Room; and
WHEREAS, specifications were prepared and bids were solic-
ited for the Class Room; and
Staff ;
WHEREAS, these bids have been reviewed by Fire Department
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council
that the following action be taken:
That Space -Co of Newark, California, be designated as low
bidder for the Portable Class Room in the amount of $20,922.28.
I. JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City on the Sixteenth day of June 9
1986, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBER: Breiner, Nave, Russom & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBER: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBER: Frugoli
