A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AMENDING THE 1985/86 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution 7130 adopting
the 1985/86 budget; and
WHEREAS, additional funds are required for various capital
outlay items and City operations; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted to the City Council
a report outlining the additional budget items; and
WHEREAS, after examination, deliberation and due consider-
ation, the City Council has approved the same; and
WHEREAS, a copy of the amended budget is attached hereto
and made a part hereof and is designated as Exhibit "A".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that Resolution 7130 is amended to provide an additional
$2,213,990.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
