.-"IFREAS, AMANDA, as a one -woman office, assisted hundreds of walk-in
job seekers while giving personnel information and direction
to staff and citizens; and
Ir??;r'REAS, AMANDA has coordinated recruitments, assessment centers, and
oral boards For the City of San Rafael, as well as
processing la(-alth, dental and insurance pians for all
employees, current and retired; and
.r;iEREAS, AMANDA, in addition to her regular duties, has learned
the City's cowputer system in order to automate Personnel
records; ani
W!ir,REAS, through her own fortitude, AMIUNDA has held together the
Personnel Department with loyalty and dedicatic.)n, despite
the ove-r-ahelminq workload.
